This program is organized by Nudge Bridge Initiative and it seeks to support the training and empowerment of youths, women, men and the unemployed individuals in the society through vocational, professional and digital skills acquisition. 

The Program aims to equip participants with practical skills that will enable them become self-reliant, create employment opportunity and contribute to economic development of Akwa Ibom State.
