Breaking the Silence: Restoring Dignity Through Menstrual Hygiene

Every smile we see today was once a silent cry. Across classrooms and communities, too many girls face the monthly trauma of menstruation in silence burdened by shame, fear, and cultural stigma. Without access to sanitary products, many are left to rely on unsafe alternatives like rags, tissue, or even leaves.
