Residential Requirement
Indigenes or residents with strong ties to Akwa Ibom State
Attributes
Ability to represent the values of dignity, resilience, and growth.
Age Requirement
Must be between 18 - 35 years of age

Standard Registration
Runs from October 1 to November 15, 2025. Recommended for general participants.
All registration fee covers:

Late Registration
Available from November 16 to November 30, 2025. For participants who may have missed earlier windows but still wish to take part.
