At Nudge Bridge Initiative, we believe sustainable change begins at the grassroots, where compassion meets strategy, and real lives are transformed. Our programs are rooted in community-driven and evidence-based solutions, designed to improve the welfare of women, men, children, and vulnerable populations.
With every initiative, we aim to:
Boys today face quiet but deeply damaging struggles, often overlooked or ignored. Through TABIP, we shine a light on these hidden battles, from:
At TABIP, we are raising a generation of boys with:
We guide them to make strong, informed choices, empowering them to grow into men who lead with courage, character, and compassion.
At Nudge Bridge Initiative, we think that a girl’s menstrual difficulties shouldn’t interfere with her education or dignity. We reach out to secondary schools through our End Period Poverty program, distributing sanitary pads on a monthly basis and imparting important knowledge about menstrual hygiene.
Many girls’ lives have already been impacted by us, as we have helped them overcome the stigma associated with periods, stay in school, and gain confidence. We’re working together to build a future in which all girls can flourish without boundaries
Giving women the resources they need to become financially independent
This program provides startup assistance, mentorship, and business literacy to women in rural and peri-urban areas. We train women in market access, savings culture, and entrepreneurship, empowering them to start and expand long-lasting small enterprises.
The Women in Enterprise Project (WIEP) is a transformative initiative focused on empowering women from underserved communities with the skills, resources, and support needed to start and grow sustainable businesses. Through hands-on training in business development, access to capital, mentorship, and exposure to markets, WIEP creates opportunities for women to thrive as entrepreneurs and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Reducing maternal and infant mortality in underserved areas
In partnership with Primary Health Care (PHC) centers, we deliver antenatal sensitization, safe delivery education, and postnatal care. This program links women to essential health services while promoting safe motherhood and stronger family systems.
By linking women to essential health services, the program not only promotes safe motherhood but also strengthens family systems and community well-being. Through consistent outreach and culturally sensitive education, we are building healthier futures for women, babies, and the communities they call home.
Through school-based storytelling, mentorship, and gender equity workshops, we challenge harmful norms and empower girls to stay in school, find their voice, and rise into leadership
The Girl Rising Campaign is a powerful advocacy and empowerment initiative focused on increasing access to education for girls in marginalized communities. Through storytelling, mentorship, and grassroots engagement, the campaign raises awareness about the barriers girls face and mobilizes support to ensure they have the tools to succeed. By investing in girls’ education, we unlock their potential and create ripple effects that strengthen families, economies, and entire nations.
Designed for widows, single mothers, and survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), this trauma-informed program offers healing circles, storytelling, and psycho-social care to help participants rebuild emotionally and socially.
Through trained facilitators and trusted community partners, Voices of Grace creates a nurturing environment where women can share their experiences without fear or shame. By fostering solidarity and emotional resilience, the program empowers participants to reclaim their voices, rebuild their confidence, and reconnect with supportive networks that promote long-term healing and reintegration into society.
We mobilize communities to prevent child abuse and neglect, promote positive parenting, and create safe spaces. The initiative strengthens child protection systems and fosters environments where children can thrive.
At its core, the network believes that protecting children means empowering families, strengthening systems, and amplifying young voices. By working with caregivers, schools, and government institutions, Children First Network builds resilient communities where children are safe, heard, and given the opportunity to thrive.
These interventions align strongly with national and global development goals, providing a credible platform for collaboration with organizations committed to inclusive growth and social equity. Nudge Bridge Initiative welcomes strategic partners with relevant stakeholders such as the United Nations, Bill & Melinda Gate Foundation, United Nations Development programme (UNDP), UNICEF and the Ford Foundation, as well as regional actors like the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) and TY Danjuma Foundation. Through these strategic collaborations, Nudge Bridge Initiative seeks to scale its impact across Akwa Ibom State and beyond—empowering women, protecting children, and strengthening communities at the grassroots. Together, we can scale impact—empowering women, advancing child and maternal health, promoting girls' education, supporting survivors of violence, and mentoring boys toward positive masculinity across Akwa Ibom State and beyond.
We are an impact-driven organization committed to transforming communities by creating bridges between people and opportunities
