Dr. Okpashi Victor E. is a distinguished scholar and development advocate with a strong academic and professional background in biochemistry, industrial biochemistry, and biotechnology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Cross River State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

As a seasoned lecturer and researcher, Dr. Okpashi brings to the Nudge Bridge Initiative a commitment to integrity, academic excellence, and ethical leadership.
